Ms. Nafziger practices in the areas of elder care issues, estate and disability planning, guardianships, special needs trusts, and estate and trust administration

She is a Member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Coalition of Advocates for the Rights of the Infirm Elderly (CARIE). Additionally, she chaired the Montgomery Bar Association's Elder Law Committee and the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Elder Law Committee from 1998 to 2000.

Ms. Nafziger has produced course materials on a wide range of subjects including Medicaid Regulations, Long Term Care Insurance, Advance Medical Directives and Admissions and Contractual Issues in Long Term Care Facilities.

Ms. Nafziger is a frequent lecturer to church and civic groups on the rights of the elderly, long term care financing, living wills and trusts, estate planning and probate.
