Mr. Croney focuses his practice on corporate and transactional law. As a former General Counsel and attorney of a NYSE diversified company for 23 years, he possesses a unique blend of business and legal expertise encompassing all types of business and corporate transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and corporate restructurings, securities, anti-trust, and succession planning. He managed a substantial Law Department for 14 years. Since joining the firm in 1997, he now counsels privately-held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
