Since graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Shrimp has concentrated his practice in the area of Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on employment discrimination, successfully representing both employers and employees.
In 2001, Mr. Shrimp served on the faculty of a seminar that focused on assisting human resource professionals and small to medium sized business owners in properly documenting an employee's discharge in Pennsylvania. He has also authored or co-authored a number of articles regarding employment-related issues, including unemployment compensation, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge.
Mr. Shrimp is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and their respective Labor and Employment law divisions.
