Montgomery Bar Association seminar on Local Environmental Regulation

Kenneth R. Myers and Alan W. Flenner of High Swartz LLP were speakers for the Montgomery Bar Association seminar on Local Environmental Regulation held on August 8 in Norristown.

Myers reviewed state and local initiatives to address global warming. Flenner addressed local government requirements and programs for compliance with federal and state stormwater discharge regulations. Myers and Flenner focus their respective practices on environmental and land use matters.
