Lois has been a past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Montgomery County Bar, and is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other legal associations. She also does extensive work in the area of Estate Planning, Guardianship Law and in Special Needs Trusts. Lois enjoys a reputation as a strong advocate with seasoned sensitivity to the many difficult and challenging issues of aging. Her depth of experience assures clients of her ability to develop a legal strategy that is tailored to individual needs. Mary Cushing Doherty, 2004, 2005, 2006. Ms. Doherty has been recognized not only as a "Super Lawyer", but also as one of the "Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania", as a "Top 100 Attorney" state-wide, and has also been listed in Best Lawyers in America for Family Law each year since 1995. Mr. Yusem's career spans more than 35 years and includes not only service to the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar, but also to the United States Navy, where he is a retired Rear Admiral. Experienced in contract and corporate law, Mr. Yusem's client list includes many Fortune 500 companies. He is a sought-after negotiator, mediator, and is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. Steve's clients and opponents know him to be an experienced, fair, yet tenacious advocate. Ken Myers, 2004, 2006. Recognized as a leader in the field of Environmental Law, Ken has been Chairman and a Director of the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin and served as chair of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's Year 2000 Environmental Planning Committee. Mr. Myers has advised and represented clients in regulatory matters before city, state and federal public utility commissions and appeals courts. His clients have included major electric, gas, pipeline, telephone, water and sewer companies as well as interveners and protestants. Mr. Myers is co-author of the 50-state compendium Environmental Spill Reporting Handbook (WestGroup, 2003), and the Pennsylvania contributing author of the award-winning treatise Environmental Law Practice Guide (Matthew Bender, 1999).
