Legality and Calculation of Stormwater Management Charges

Flenner, P.E., of Norristown based High Swartz LLP spoke on the "Legality and Calculation of Stormwater Management Charges" at the Lorman Education Services sponsored seminar Creating and Operating a Successful Stormwater Utility in Pennsylvania. The seminar was held on May 23 in Philadelphia. The seminar was attended by attorneys, engineers, and municipal officials interested in the formation of utilities or municipal authorities for the construction, operation, and maintenance of stormwater management facilities to provide stormwater management services for property owners, to ensure municipal regulatory compliance, and to protect public health, safety and the environment.
