D. Barry Pritchard, Jr. worked with the Task Force and Advisory Committee on Condominiums of the Joint State Government Commission to prepare enabling legislation and comments for the Uniform Condominium Act. For over 25 years, our attorneys have represented condominium associations in matters related to governance of condominiums and community associations, providing general representation in matters under the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act and the Uniform Planned Community Act, and assisting the organizations in resolution of disputes through mediation, arbitration and litigation.
