Real Estate & Land Use Law

Montgomery County Attorneys: Real Estate and Land Use

At High Swartz LLP, our attorneys continue a 90-year tradition of handling all aspects of real estate transactions. This work includes the protection of the interests of landowners, buyers and sellers of land, municipalities and developers. This work is a vital area of the Firm’s practice, which is situated in the heart of the growing and dynamic Greater Philadelphia area, including Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Bucks counties.

Since many Firm members are community leaders in Montgomery County and the Greater Philadelphia area, our attorneys are well prepared to meet the challenges presented by the conflicting pressures of development, preservation and municipal regulation of real estate. Members of our firm have participated in legislative change at the community and state level and regularly advise municipalities on zoning and land use issues.

Real estate litigation

Our lawyers handle litigation of disputes, including commercial and residential real estate litigation involving broker commission and deposit money disputes, boundary disputes, adverse possession, title claims, eminent domain, partition and real estate tax assessment appeals.
