Marlyn F. Smith has been practicing estate planning, probate law and real estate law at High Swartz LLP for more than 50 years. He was the firm’s first Managing Partner from 1978 to 1993, and a Partner of the firm until early 2004. He has a distinguished career of service to the Bar, having served as Chairman of numerous committees and sections throughout the years. He also has served as Solicitor to many regional borough and township authorities.
