Mark Fischer focuses his practice on commercial, real estate and civil litigation, representing a diverse spectrum of clients including national retail corporations, regional construction firms, condominium associations, as well as individuals and businesses in Landlord-Tenant, Mortgage Foreclosure, and Mechanics’ Lien matters.

Prior to joining High Swartz, Mark spent three years with another respected Montgomery County law firm, handling insurance coverage and bad faith disputes and insurance fraud investigations.  In addition to his knowledge of Pennsylvania law, Mark has had an insider’s look at the New Jersey court system, which he obtained as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey following law school.

Mark’s practice includes a full range of legal services from negotiating favorable settlements early in litigation to providing zealous advocacy in the courtrooms of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
