Mr. Bartle is the firm’s Managing Partner and has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of probate law, municipal law and education law. For estate planning clients, he assists clients in drafting wills, advance medical directives, powers of attorney, and provides counsel in regard to Federal and Pennsylvania tax planning. He also assists private and public educational institutions in matters pertaining to corporate, regulatory, legislative, liability, tax and employment matters.

For municipal and redevelopment authorities, he provides counsel in regard to land use, environmental and organizational issues, local taxation litigation, municipal liability, and zoning litigation.

Mr. Bartle frequently speaks on redevelopment issues to business and legal organizations in Montgomery County.
