Dina Schlossberg is a real estate attorney and in addition to general real estate matters, she focuses her practice on community development and economic development initiatives, and nonprofit law matters. She represents for-profit and nonprofit developers, lenders and financial institutions in matters pertaining to affordable housing tax credit transactions, homeownership and moderate income housing initiatives. She has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations in the application and maintenance of federal and state tax exemption and other nonprofit law matters.
She is a member of the National Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law, and also serves on the boards of Regional Housing Legal Services (a state-wide legal services program serving community economic development clients) and PennFuture, an environmental advocacy organization headquartered in Harrisburg.
