Sireen Tucker concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, including zoning and land use, deeds, mortgages, state and local issues, tax assessments/exemptions, affordable housing, and municipal and governmental law.

Sireen’s diverse real estate background provides her with a broad and solid understanding of the various issues that may arise when handling a client’s needs. Additionally, her personalized and detail oriented approach allows Sireen’s clients to feel confident that their real estate matters will be thoroughly resolved with both efficiency and each client’s desired result in mind.

Prior to joining High Swartz Ms. Tucker was employed at Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC as a Foreclosure Litigation Specialist. While attending law school, she volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3R’s program, which focused on educating high school students on the U.S. Constitution and the legal system. Ms. Tucker also completed legal internships for The Honorable Leon W. Tucker of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas; the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
